Logo Design Satisfaction Guarantee
We understand it maybe difficult for you to select the right company that would take care of your logo design needs. We hope you were able to find all the answers to your questions either on our website or by speaking to one of our representatives.
Although we are absolutely certain in our ability to keep you pleased, there is one more thing we wish to offer: Satisfaction Guarantee. It is there to eliminate any risks on your part when choosing Mexley Marketing as your new graphic design partner.
Policy
In the unlikely event of your dissatisfaction with your logo design you will be refunded 100% of the money you paid. Otherwise, we will work with you until you are satisfied!
When refund can be requested
Request for a refund must be communicated to us once you have received your initial design concepts (as discussed in step 3 of our logo design process) and choose not to proceed further with the project.
When refund will not be issued
- You made a choice to proceed with the project upon receiving initial design concepts by submitting a revisions request as discussed in Step 4 of our logo design process.
- You have accepted a final delivery of your logo.
- You did not communicate with us for a period of 45 calendar days. (Mexley Marketing reserves the right to use discretion)
- Due to circumstances beyond our control rendering the design to be unsuitable including but not limited to: any changes to your company's name, title, and ownership.

Liability
Refund is limited to the amount received from you to complete the project.
Copyright
In the event that you exercised your right under the Mexley Logo Design Guarantee policy and received a refund, you acknowledge that the Copyright remains with Mexley Marketing. We will have the right to use any or all concepts and materials used in designing your logo as we deem fit. This clause forbids you to use any and all such concepts and materials for any purpose including making a design reference.
