What You Can Expect
When we say we deliver creativity and quality, we don't just refer to a final product that you get - be that a logo, website, banners or stationary design, hosting or printing services. We are referring to your entire experience with Mexley. It is our job and philosophy to deliver excellence from the moment of your first visit throughout our project together to any post-sale support that you may require. We designed our packages proactively with a goal - to have them meet your needs from the start - to give you the flexibility and the quality you need.
We work fast. When we say you will have your quality initial concepts within 3 business days - we mean exactly that. If all pertinent information has been entered in your project's creative brief - rest assured - we would produce fast.
We work for you. And we don't forget that! We have creative designers to concentrate on what they do best - Creative Design. However we also believe in customer service excellence! For this reason we have well-trained client relations specialists that are there to offer support, answer questions, and guide you throughout the entire project with Mexley Marketing.
Your Logo Design Product FAQ:
What are the image formats you will get your logo in? This is a very important question you would want to be answered before you commit to a project with any logo design artist. If you plan using your logo on your business cards, letterheads, envelopes, website, email, yellow pages, banners, and anything else that's important to you, a format that is flexible and easily adaptable must be a part of your final logo design package. Mexley Marketing is on top of this! Your logo design package will contain both major 2D graphic types: bitmap and vector.
What is a bitmap image file? Bitmap images are resolution dependent. As a result of that should you change the size of a bitmap image file (increase or decrease) you will notice a considerable loss of image quality. Common bitmap formats include BMP, GIF, JPEG/JPG, PNG, PICT, PCX, TIF, and PSD.
What is a vector image file? Main distinction from the bitmap image files is of course the resolution independence. Vector images are made up of scalable objects that offer the highest image quality and are editable using a variety of vector drawing programs including Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Macromedia Freehand, and others. Resizing a vector image file does not affect the quality of the image in any way. Common vector formats include AI, CDR, CMX, WMF, and EPS.
Your final logo design package will contain the following formats: - EPS (scalable vector format) - JPG (great for internet and email use) - PSD (uncompressed Photoshop image file) - TIF (for use with Microsoft Office) - Greyscale version of your logo will also be included in your final package.
Above formats are generally enough to fit most purposes. Should you require an additional format - please let us know and we will try to help!
